With over a decade of experience, Lola is a certified holistic health coach, having trained at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and the Center for Advancement in Cancer Education. Her understanding of healthcare's complexities is further enriched by her consultancy work in medical malpractice and brain injury litigation.

Health Coaching: Lola's passion for holistic health has led her to guide personal development retreats in Costa Rica, empowering individuals to attain wellness and balance.

Stem Cell Aftercare: At the Cellular Performance Institute in Tijuana, she specializes in stem cell aftercare, ensuring thousands of patients receive optimal care during their recovery journeys.

Community Impact: Co-founder of the Hero Academy in Tamarindo, Costa Rica, Lola provides underprivileged children with essential life skills, school supplies, and food care packages.
