LT. General Russel L. Honore

Executive Vice President

LT. General Russel L. Honoré serves as the Executive Vice President at Zoetic Global, bringing an unparalleled depth of leadership experience and expertise in global affairs, logistics, and enterprise risk management. Known as the "Category 5 General" by media outlets, General Honoré famously led Task Force Katrina, orchestrating recovery efforts following the catastrophic hurricanes that devastated the Gulf Coast in 2005.
Beyond his military accolades, General Honoré earned a degree in Agriculture and currently serves as a Senior Scientist with The Gallup Organization. In this role, he focuses on developing research questions to assess preparedness levels. Additionally, he contributes his insights to CNN as a Preparedness Contributor.

With an illustrious career spanning over 37 years in the U.S. Army, including command of the First Army where he oversaw up to 72,000 troops, General Honoré has transitioned to a new mission. He is passionately dedicated to fostering a "Culture of Preparedness" in America and addressing the crucial global challenges of water and food security.
