A native of Milwaukee, WI, Bryant earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin.  He has enjoyed a career in mortgage banking and commercial real estate for more than 35 years.

Bryant relocated to Dallas, TX in 2001 where he served as a Senior Advisor with Ernst & Young’s Real Estate Advisory Services practice.  He is the Founder and currently a Managing Partner at P3 Commercial, a commercial real estate development and public-private partnership advisory firm.  Bryant has served a host of development partners and investors by leveraging his local market expertise and professional relationships to provide vision and creative solutions for public-private partnership initiatives, including mixed-use, transit-oriented, and land development projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.  Bryant has been involved in the strategic planning, financial analysis, and development of assets exceeding $2 billion in value.
