Inez is a Chemical Engineer and has had a long successful career in the petroleum industry. She is an independent, results oriented leader with expertise and experience in operations, change management, supply chain logistics, risk management decision making, team building and project management.
She is a collaborative, inclusive leader who consistently improved team performance through coaching and mentoring. She is flexible and growth oriented with significant marketing operations experience in a variety of management roles with increasing responsibility. She has strong interpersonal skills and is a natural problem solver.
