Doug was born and raised Orlando Area and received his BSBA in Insurance and Finance from The University of Florida.  Doug was married in 1992 and has two sons and a daughter.  Doug is the CEO of Fringe Benefit Plans where he has worked since 1990.  Doug is the past President of the Central Florida Society of Financial Services Professionals, Past leader of the Board for Seminole County Habitat for Humanity and Habitat for Humanity Orlando and currently serves on the board for the Manufacturers Association of Central Florida.  Doug enjoys spending time with his family, sailing, boating and traveling.
