Frank Willett

Frank joined Zoetic as Controller after 25 years of Big 4 accounting experience. He oversees the accounting and finance operations, including financial performance, budgeting, internal controls, and day-to-day financial operations.

Frank held many different roles in finance and business development during his Big 4 career and helped build out new service lines and strategies including the Climate Change & Sustainability practices and overall go-to-market strategies. Frank has extensive experience with strategy, CRM management, data modeling, planning & budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and reducing redundancies.

Frank is a firm believer in mental and physical wellbeing, as well as promoting and enabling the success of others.

Frank is a graduate of Ohio University with a degree in Mathematics and received his MBA from Cleveland State University. His time outside of Zoetic is spent with his wife Karen and three kids – Colin, Noah, and Kaitlyn – as well as their rescue Pitbull named Butter. Frank is currently the Athletic Director at St. Jude School in Elyria and on the board of Old Towne Hall Theatre in North Ridgeville.
