Charles Majomi is an energy infrastructure executive, strategist, political economist, and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of international experience spanning energy, natural resources, infrastructure development, investment mobilization, and public policy. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Linguistics from the University of Southern California (USC).
Throughout his career, Charles has advised governments, development institutions, multinational corporations, and private investors across Africa, Europe, North America, and the Middle East on energy reform, resource governance, infrastructure investment, and economic development. He has held senior leadership and advisory roles with the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), USAID, and the Natural Resource Governance Institute, helping shape policy and investment frameworks in some of Africa's most strategic energy markets.

Charles is the Co-Founder of Green Flare Holdings and Efena Energy, where he has led the development of pioneering projects at the intersection of natural gas monetization, power generation, digital infrastructure, emissions reduction, and sustainable industrial development. He is widely recognized for his work advancing innovative solutions to methane abatement, energy security, and economic transformation.
