Frank Willett brings over 25 years of Big 4 accounting experience to his role as Global Controller at Zoetic Global. At Zoetic, Frank oversees comprehensive accounting and finance operations, ensuring the company's financial performance aligns with strategic objectives through efficient budgeting and robust internal controls.
Throughout his distinguished career, Frank has worn many hats within finance and business development. His tenure at a Big 4 firm saw him spearheading the creation of new service lines, notably the Climate Change & Sustainability practices, and crafting go-to-market strategies. Frank's expertise spans strategy formulation, CRM management, data modeling, and analytics. His efforts in planning, budgeting, and forecasting have consistently driven efficiency and reduced redundancies within organizations.
Beyond his professional commitments, Frank is passionate about mental and physical well-being and is dedicated to fostering the success of those around him. He holds a degree in Mathematics from Ohio University and an MBA from Cleveland State University.
Outside of work, Frank enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Karen, and their three children—Colin, Noah, and Kaitlyn—as well as their beloved rescue pit bull, Butter. An advocate for community engagement, Frank serves as the Athletic Director at St. Jude School in Elyria and contributes his time to the board of Old Towne Hall Theatre in North Ridgeville.
