Scott Raybuck is the driving force behind groundbreaking advancements at Zoetic Global as its Chief Innovation Officer. With over 20 years of diverse experience in the healthcare industry, Scott’s career has been a testament to his dedication and ingenuity. His expertise spans medical devices, pharmaceutical distribution, and biologics, with a strong emphasis on management, operations, and sales strategies.
Throughout his career, Scott has held pivotal roles in the growth and success of numerous companies. At Orthovita, he was instrumental in the company’s focus on bone regeneration and soft tissue healing, leading to its acquisition by Stryker Corporation in 2010. In 2008, Scott co-founded Life Core Technologies (now known as Cryothermic Systems), where he co-invented and patented a medical device designed to cool the brain post-cardiac arrest, stroke, and traumatic brain injury.
Scott's entrepreneurial spirit also led to the founding of Steam Fire, Igniting Sales, a pioneering venture that served as a contract sales force for early and mid-stage healthcare companies across the US and Canada. Under his leadership, the company achieved remarkable growth, reaching $85 million in just four years.
In 2018, Scott expanded his innovative reach by founding ZURI and B3 Fulfillment, focusing on contract manufacturing, bottling, distribution, and third-party logistics for diverse sectors. His visionary approach also led to the establishment of GetOn Health, a Canadian Tele-Health company, in collaboration with the former CEO of the Canadian Health Authority. An active angel investor, Scott continues to consult with various startups, fostering new ideas and technologies.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Sales/Marketing from Bowling Green State University. Recognized for his contributions and accomplishments, he received Crain’s Magazine “40 under 40” award in 2017. Beyond his professional endeavors, Scott serves on the board of Prayers From Maria, a Children’s Glioma Cancer Foundation, demonstrating his commitment to impactful community service.
Residing in the Cleveland area with his wife Danielle and their three children, Scott remains actively involved in both his professional and personal pursuits, consistently seeking opportunities to ignite change and innovation.
