Steve Egger brings 20 years of sales, energy management and procurement for commercial businesses to his role as Head – Indirect Sales at Zoetic Global. His energy expertise, entrepreneurship and career sales experience and contacts add tremendous value to obtaining and assisting clients with energy savings solutions provided by Zoetic Global.

 

Steve founded LakePoint Energy in 2008 which specializes in managing and procuring energy for large commercial businesses. Currently servicing over 650 commercial clients. LakePoint Energy offers a wide array of energy savings services to companies in all 18 deregulated states in the U.S.

 

Steve founded Cornerstone Managed Properties in 2005 a multi-family portfolio consisting of over 2,000 apartment units in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana and Michigan. Steve sold his ownership position in the portfolio in 2010 and moved his investment efforts into a private real estate firm operating in Florida. He remains active in commercial real estate investing.  

 

Steve graduated from Bowling Green State University and attended Baldwin Wallace College School of Business for his M.B.A.
